What does ParFetch actually do?
ParFetch checks the booking systems of every golf course around Calgary and the Bow Valley at the same time and shows you all the open tee times in one list — so you don't have to open a dozen different course websites to compare.
Do you book the tee time for me?
No. ParFetch finds the tee times — you still book them. When you tap a time, it takes you straight to that course's own booking page to reserve and pay. ParFetch never handles your booking, your card, or your payment for a round.
How does the free trial and subscription work?
You get 7 days free when you sign up. After that it's $6/month, billed through Stripe. If you subscribe during the trial we save your card but the first charge only happens when the 7 days end. Cancel anytime from your account — access continues to the end of the period you've paid for.
Which areas and courses do you cover?
Public and semi-private courses across Calgary, Airdrie & north, Cochrane & west, Chestermere & east, Okotoks & south, and the mountains (Canmore, Banff, Kananaskis). We're adding more all the time — if one's missing, let us know.
How current are the tee times and prices?
Times are pulled live from each course's booking system every time you search, so they're as current as the course's own site. Prices are approximate and may exclude taxes or cart fees — always confirm the final price on the course's booking page before paying.
Can I use ParFetch on more than one device?
Yes — your account works on up to 2 devices. You can manage your trusted devices from your account page.
A course is missing or wrong. Can you add or fix it?
Absolutely — that's the most useful message you can send us. Head to the contact page with the course name and its website and we'll look into wiring it in.
How do I cancel?
Open your account page and choose Manage subscription — it opens a secure Stripe page where you can cancel or update your card. Cancelling stops future charges and keeps your access until the end of the current billing month.
