Search requests (area, course, date, time, party size) are processed to answer your search and held briefly in a short-lived cache. Standard server logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) are kept for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
An account is required to search. We store your email address and an encrypted (hashed) password, basic subscription status, and your saved preferences (such as favourite courses and display theme). To enforce the two-device limit, we also keep a token identifying each browser you use, with a coarse device label (e.g. "Chrome on Windows") and last-used time.
Subscription billing is handled by a third-party payment processor. Your full card number is entered on their systems and is never stored on ParFetch's servers — we retain only what the processor returns to us (a customer/subscription reference and card brand/last four) to manage your subscription.
No advertising trackers, no sale of personal data. We do not link your individual searches to your account for advertising.
When you tap a tee time, you leave ParFetch for the course's own booking site, which has its own privacy policy. Searches cause ParFetch's servers (not your device) to query golf booking platforms; your IP address is not shared with them. We share data only with the service providers needed to run ParFetch (hosting and payment processing).
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing us. Cancelling your subscription stops future billing.
We'll update this policy as ParFetch's features evolve and note the effective date above.
